By placing colored felt-tip pens in the pockets of the dress its appearance changes over time. Within an hour - to one and a half hours the colored ink bleeds into the fabric and creates a one-off design for each occasion. the owner can then clean the dress and color it in a different way for each time they wear it.

Beautiful dress, but how do you "clean" it? Markers are permanent, at least the ones I have.
Great idea, beautiful design.
that is such a brilliant idea.what sort of markers would one have to use to avoid things like skin irritation and what fabrics did you use or do you recommend?
cool yaar toooooo gud .......catherine todd it can be cleaned bcz i guess those penile are detachable ..so can be taken out befor washing
ANURADHA, thanks for your response. But my question was "how to clean the fabric" so I should have been more specific. Is the ink and fabric washable in soap and water or does it require drycleaning? What a beautiful bunch of dresses and such a great idea. They look like a flower garden!
hi catherine...yeah instead of ink v can use cold dye....which is used for batik printing then it will stay for long ...
Thank you, ANURADHA JAIN... cold dye is a good idea. I've also heard of using salt to set the dye. The dresses are beautiful!
