Exhibition and workshop at Venkatappa Art Gallery

Attended a workshop " Understanding Art" by Shivanand Basavanthappa at Venkatappa Art Gallery, Bengaluru.

On display were the paintings by about 25 artists. It was nice to hear explanation of each art by the show curator Usha, an artist herself.

Such exhibitions really inspire one to bring out the artist within.

Yes you see COMMAS of varying sizes in many colours with lot of tiny commas in black.

Made this for my friend who has always been passionate about designing though not from this field, who has always appreciated my designs and art work. Hope you liked it.

Gowns

I won't say it is my new found hobby. I had been drawing, painting like any other kid in school during the drawing period. Even did learn sketching during my fashion designing course. But it is only now that I have taken art seriously.
